Shipping

We offer Ground domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to both residential and business addresses are shippable, excluding P.O. boxes. 

Notes:
1. Since all of our products are hand-made, orders typically require 3-7 days for processing.
Once processed, they will ship from Onsemiro candle in San Diego, Califonia Monday through Friday.
You'll receive delivery details, including a tracking number and ETA, once your order is on its way.

2. We process and ship authorized purchases only.
We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information.
We will always contact the customer first before cancellation.

3. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We will provide you with a shipping quote.

We will do our best to accommodate your request! 


Order Cancellation

If you change mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours from the purchasing on the same day. After that, please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee (50% of your total total order value) will apply for the cancellations. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellations cannot be processed.


Returns

Please understand that all of ONSEMIRO Candle products are handmade, Despite our confidence in delivering the best quality, product color/appearances might slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen settings. We hope that our customers enjoy their ONSEMIRO Candle products! However, if you wish to return your purchase, we are here to assist. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order. simple email us directly, and we’ll guide you through the process. Remember to include a copy of your original receipt (along with a photograph) and the product(s) you want to return.

Notes:
1. We do not accept returns of used products;
2. Please pack your order carefully in its original shipping box, if possible. Our products are fragile, and we cannot issue a refund for broken items.
3. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to ONSEMIRO Candle, and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will assess the condition of the products and packaging. Refunds are available if the goods are in resalable condition. We will proceed to refund the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. 

We also replace damaged items or offer a refund. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the shipping box, as we take great care with our packing. However, packages occasionally sustain damaged during transit. If your package is damaged upon receipt, please inspect the products inside and notify us immediately at hi@onsemirocandle.com. Don't forget to include photos!
