Burning tips & tricks for safely enjoying your Onsemiro candle.
THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP: ALWAYS KEEP IT AWAY FROM DRAFTY AREAS & ALWAYS STAY STRAIGHT!
WICK CARE
Before lighting, please trim the wick to 1/8"-1/4" and center it. Once the wick is too long or not centered during burning, please extinguish the flame in time, trim the wick and center it.
BURNING TIME
For regular candles, do not burn them for more than 4 hours at a time. For irregular candles, we recommend not burning more than 2 hours at a time.
For irregular shaped candles, we cannot guarantee that each one will be fully burned.
FOR SAFETY
Always keep the candle on a heat safe plate or a candle holder.
Keep away from combustible materials/things.
Do not leave lighted candles in unattended places and out of the reach of pets or children.
STORAGE
Store candles in a cool, dry place to prevent soften, bend or melt, but don't freeze them, they might crack!

For scented candles, the scent will gradually fade over the times. If the scent fades, rub the surface of candle with a fine-textured cloth or similar material to help the scent out.

Our Furry Companion candles are designed to be pet friendly
We utilize only natural essential oils, which are expected to be less overwhelming for your family members than chemical-based candles.
Our family members are diverse and may vary in sensitive to certain scents.
To ensure that the new scents are not overwhelming, please following these steps:
- Leave the lid of the candle open for 3-5 days to observe if the new scent causes any changes in behavior
- If no changes are observed, try lighting a tea light sized candle next
- The final step is to use a regular-sized candle. Please note the scent becomes stronger if the candle flame is extinguished while the surface of the candle is liquified.
